View Open Messages does not work
Hi:
We are using EBS version 12.2.4
The profile option OM: Show Process message Flag is set to Yes at site level.
When I go to the order manager user responsibility open the order and right click on View Open Messages, it is given the message saying the function is not available to this responsibility and contact your system administrator.
I have added the function Sales Order: Process Messages to the responsibility menu and recompiled the menu. But still when I try it, it is getting the same message. What am I missing? What other function is needed in order to enable this View Open Messages function? Gurus, Please advise. Thank you.
