Oracle web adi not showing green smiley face

Hi,

I am trying to find out my answer, "Why Oracle web adi does not show green smiley face for successfully inserted records in my case when they inserted into rcv_interface tables.... but it's show's RED sad face for invalid records or those which Handel by custom exception i.e raise_application_error".

I search oracle support and found one thread where they advise to take out any "COMMIT" statement, i did that also but same issue.

would appreciate your fast reply please.
