Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. On the Parameters screen I do not get a list of values for Item (not Item ID) like I get for Organization Code is this possible?

Is it possible to be able to use wild cards in the Item such as %PLUG% and get all items with Plug in the description for that Org Code.
