Create multiple project assets based on single expenditure

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement to create multiple assets based on single capital expenditure (PR/PO etc).

Say that, we booked a project PR with  USD 1000 quantity and unit price is USD 500 then we will get one expenditure in PA with total cost as USD 5,00,000.

But, the 1000 Inventory items that we bought will be may have different serial numbers/some other different parameters to uniquely identify each item among 1000.

So, 1) we would to create one asset for each of above 1000 if all items are found to be unique.

      2) OR we will create may be less number than 1000 if any of the parameters are common (say two items have same size, capacity etc.,so we can create one asset in this case clubbing both of these).
