Work Order occasionally loses Labor entries

We have users that want to enter Labor Hours for a Work Order.

Sometimes when the enter the line, Save Changes, and leave the system, when they return to the Work Order, at times the Labor lines are there, and other times the Labor lines are missing.

Is anyone else having issues with the consistency?
