SO created but not saved but the so next number increase by one

Dear Expert,

My customer facing an intermittent issues. What the customer did is

1. Create SO

2. once save

3. the so is not listed in so list

4. The next number have increase by 1

How do i troubleshoot this issues for customer? This happen in production environment to specific users (2 users)

In the call object kernel log, the following message being log

WF_PROC.cpp169

      CONFIGURATION ERROR - CreateWFProcess - no active version for process <JDESOENTRY>

6076/492 WRK:_07CD9F68_P4210             Mon Mar 12 12:08:09.913000      WF_PROC.cpp482
