Repack ship unit

Hello Team,

While i try to repack the Shipment , It is throwing an error

ReCalculateShipmentCost: There is no RateEngineResult returned! See Log for details.

I am not able to figure it out through logs. Any idea in case if  you have encountered this issue.

Otm version :6.4.1

Details:

Order release 1  --> 1 SHIP unit -->  3 different items ( Item a, item a, Item C)

Order release 2 -->  1 Ship unit --> 3 different items ( Item a, item a, Item C)

Allow repack parameter is enabled.

When i bulk plan them  , I see 2 ship units were generated,

1st Ship unit  ( All item A of both order releases)
