Subledger entries imported to GL in 'Unposted' status even if 'Post in GL' parameter in Create Accou

We have one issue in GL where Subledger entries imported to GL in 'Unposted' status even if 'Post in GL' parameter in Create Accounting program is set to Yes.

It is happening for all imported subledger entries. Can you please let us know the reason for this.
