Hi I have just restarted Linux server, and one of two diskgroup is not appearing.

ASM working as per normal before restart.

I have two diskgroups (DATA & FLASH), and the DATA one is not showing which I perform the lsdg command in asmcmd

Error shown in alert.log is:

ORA-15017: diskgroup "FLASH" cannot be mounted

ORA-15063: ASM discovered an insufficient number of disks for diskgroup "FLASH"

asm_diskstring showing as:

SQL> show parameter diskstring

NAME                                 TYPE        VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
asm_diskstring                       string

I am running Oracle db ver 11.2.0.3 on a Linux red hat.

Any ideas?

Thanks
