COM.FutureTense.Common.ContentServerException: Unable to evaluate element fatwire/wem/ui/WemContext

I am trying to setting up my local Workspace using Oracle JSK 11.1.1.18 . Using Eclipse CSDT I have taken all the Sites codes from my Staging Environment and currently doing Sync from Workspace to Webcenter Sites.

I have sync some of the assets successfully like @SITE,@STARTMENU,@ELEMENTCATALOG etc. But after syncing some more, I am unable to login to sites now as it is giving error showing popup us " could not initialize WEM context" after login using fwadmin as username. Below is the error I am receiving in the error logs.
