Order Entery App error

Hello Folks,

JDE 9.2 with TR 9.2.1.1 on sun solaries but our AIS server and HTML server for mobility on windows platform.

We are getting error for JDE mobile order entry application other than this all application are working fine. Kindly find the attached below screen shot.
