Which database tables/EBS tools can be used to identify if business event was submitted?

Hello,

we have implemented one new SOA web service interface that is called based on oracle.apps.eam.workorder.created business event (we have defined subscription that calls our database package procedure that decides if information about created work order should be sent out to MDW or not). In which database tables can I verify that this business event was initiated and what is its status (error, success). Is there any tool where I can see this call(s)? Do I have possibility to resubmit this business event if for example MDW was down?
