creating new EM admin

Cloud Control 13.2 on Oracle Linux 7

Trying to create an additional admin, so that I can work with my own credentials instead of SYSMAN.

1) Log on to CC as SYSMAN

2) Go to setup - security - administrators.

3) See this list of default admins:

4) Click the 'Create' button.

5) complete the resulting page, supplying a "Name" of 'estevens', and checking "super administrator".

6) Click "Next"

Ok, so if that administrator name already exists, why wasn't it shown on the list going in?
