Can I install 11gR2 SE Database Server if I have License of 12C SE2

Dear All,

As we have License of  Oracle Database 12C SE2, due to some reason i need to install Oracle 11gR2 SE Database Server, So can I install downgrade version upon License of higher Version.

Also need to know that if i am using 12C SE2 Database Server for Real Application Cluster then do i need to buy License for Grid Infrastructure ???
