FLUID - Can't create expense reports by copying from existing ones in Fluid

Hi Team,

We are facing a situation where users are able to copy the expense report from classic but while copying it from fluid it is saying they don't have access to do that even though it's for their own EMPLID. I think this is known issue but unique thing is that some of the expense report in fluid are getting copied so the situation is not with all the fluid expense.

Has anyone faced similar issues or know the issue behind this. Any thought to resolve this will be highly welcomed.

We are on 9.2 image 23. Tools version - 8.55.
