UX1 springboard issue with Menu Index in 9.2.2.1

Hi Team,

I have the same issue as mentioned in documents Doc ID 2341640.1 and 2335555.1.

An SQL exception occurred: ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column

I am having 9.2.2.1 release on Windows Ent server with Oracle 12.1.0.2 database. As its already oracle DB, we were not needing any drivers to be installed separately for from SM.

But as per the solution provided in the above documents, I have downloaded the driver for 12.1.0.1 and uploaded on ojdbc7.jar and its all showing installed.

But then I saw my JRE version is 1.8, so I downloaded the driver 12.2.0.1 for ojdbc8 as this is not available for 12.1.0.1 and uploaded it to ojdbc8.
