Some Error on AP_INTERFACE_REJECTIONS

Dear Guru's,

I've tried to upload some data Invoices into AP_INVOICES_INTERFACE and AP_INVOICE_LINES_INTERFACE.

then I run  "Payables Open Interface Import" process. but the datas still there.

I found the errors on AP_INTERFACE_REJECTIONS.

anyone can help me to solve my case ?
