Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Rate structure do not work related to withholding tax

Hi all,

The withholding tax calculation only works for flat rate structure and do not work for period limit and amount ranges structures.

The withholding amount is not calculated and a hold been put on invoices as " Can't perform automatic withholding tax".
