Siebel IP17 Upgrade: keystore and truststore files

Hi Team,

Can you please clarify if The keystore and truststore files are required for Migration installation when upgrading from IP16 ?

Please suggest the steps how to create these files for Siebel Enterprise and Application interface modules.

Do we need any pre-requisite (like Java) to work for this setup ?
