Siebel export data ignore Allowed Activity Types user property

Hello Everyone,

I found a strange behavior while exporting Communications data from Siebel CRM. Record count does not match between the displayed data and the exported data.

There is an applet user property called Allowed Activity Types which filters the actions that equal "Email - Inbound", "Email - Outbound". However, when exporting the data, that filter was ignored and result contains all types of activities.

So is this a known issue or normal behavior or something else?

Can you help me please,

Regards.

Howdy, Stranger!
