To remove vanilla views from Siebel Administrator Responsibility

Hi Experts,

We are working on Views Clean up from SIebel HTIM IP 2015 Application.

Kindly provide your suggestions on removing Vannila (Seed data) views of other applications on Siebel Administrator Responsibility.

For Ex. Can Finance & Marketing Applications' views be removed from Siebel Administrator Responsibility. Will it be affecting any other functionalities

Please suggest.
