Copy from Existing Report

I have created a new expense report by copying from an existing report.  I then ran the query on the EX_SHEET_HDR table and selected the COPY_EXPENSE_SHEET  (Copy From Existing Report) field in addition to a few others including the specific SHEET_ID  where I created the report by copying from an existing report.  The only change I made was to the date to avoid a duplicate submission.

When I run the query the COPY_EXPENSE_SHEET field returns a N.  I would expect the system to return a Y in this case since I know that I copied from an existing report using the Populate from: drop down list.
