JDE 9.2 WSJ Description

Hi,

We are on JDE 9.2 Tools 9.2.0.3 . One of the user unable to see job desription . Others users are able to see properly.

Instead of Job description it is showing Job number like R0006P.

What is the option to get back job description instead of job name.
