RPAS config file size issue

Hi Team,

We are using RPAS configuration Tool (Version : 14.1.1.4) for our solutions. While doing any kind of changes and saving it to local, we are having different sizes depending upon Automation plugins tab.

e.g. when we are saving a config without opening the Automation plugins it has a lesser size but when we are saving a config by opening the Automation plugins its having a larger size.

Why this kind of size discrepancy is happening?

Do we need to save each time by opening the Automation plugin tab?

What is best possible way to get rid of this?
