Could not load library libRpasFunctions.so during configuration patch

Hello,

I'm upgrading our RPAS test environment from 14.1.2.1 to the latest 16.0.2.  After applying the patches and successfully applying the current configuration all the way to 16.0.1.54, I am now getting an error when attempting to apply the configuration patch to 16.0.2.  The upgrade from 16.0.1.54 to 16.0.2 was successful, but the configuration patch now fails to update with the following error:

<E 2018Mar21 13:12:06.349> EXCEPTION: ../../DomainUtilities/ldrule/RuleConfigurator.cpp -- unexpected exception.

<E 2018Mar21 13:12:06.349>  Could not load library '/u01/app/rpasdev/rpas/applib/libRpasFunctions.so' (Unix's errno 22; Invalid argument, dlerror: 'libjvm.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory')

I opened and saved the configuration using the latest 16.0.2 config tools, and even tried to apply the configuration that successfully loaded after the 16.0.1.54 upgrade.  But again, after successfully updating to 16.0.2 that same configuration give me that error when attempting to apply it.

Howdy, Stranger!
