How should I update my baseline?

I might be missing something here, but I don't directly see how I can update a schedule baseline in Prime?

I do know that we can make a new baseline, but only by accepting the current schedule as the baseline. In reality that will boil down to accepting all delays. This is of course not how baseline management should work. A baseline change could simply be adding some activities or changing a constraint in the original baseline.

I miss either functionality like "restore baseline". I guess that in prime that could be developed by a bi-directional link between scenario's and baselines. It would be great if a scenario could be saved as a baseline and that any baseline could be restored as a scenario.
