Using Data Load Rule to Load HFM journals from one HFM app to another HFM app

FDMEE version 11.1.2.4.220

Using Data Load Rule to Load HFM journals from one HFM app to another HFM app.  I have successfully loaded base data from one app to another.

Then, I setup another data load rule to pass HFM journals from one app to another.

I get a green Status check, Data Workbench shows no errors right to export.  I have opened process control for the month and HFM journal periods and put NZP for data to allow zeros

Nothing shows up in destination application.  The log shows some journal failures but cannot trace reason, I suspect it may be related to the HFM journal label or the length of line descriptions?
