upgrading all my oracle databases to 12.2.0.1, what version of enterprise manager will provide patch

I am in the process of upgrading all my databases to 12.2.0.1, I currently run em 12.1.0.5, all of my agents are 12.1.0.5, my OMS currently sits on an 11.2.0.4 database.  What is the upgrade path and what version of enterprise manager will support patching, provisioning of 12.2.0.1 databases?
