Data Dictionary Change not reflected in Grid "Description" column

In our P54HS00 the field Incident Severity was renamed  during the implementation via the Data Dictionary to "Potential Outcome". This seems to flow through to all locations except in the search GRID of the Incident Master when the Description of that field is included. Please see screen shot below.

Is there another step/change that must be done in order to change the column heading "Incident Severity Description" to "Potential Outcome Description" or is this a bug? Note: We seem to have the same issue with our Incident Category Code description columns (as can be seen in the screen shots below)
