error.FRM-40735:On-Insert Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-04062.

Hi Folks,

We have a fresh instance and doing the setups.In Building form when we create a new building details,system is not allowing to save.It is giving following error.

FRM-40735:On-Insert Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-04062.Can anyone suggest  on this what is missing.
