R04701 AP to GL integrity report taking long processing time

Hi,

Recently few users ran this report (R04701), it show processing in print queue and take more than 3 hours to process, the job queue need to be cancel. This case only happen to certain user. Other user who ran this report will take less than 5 minutes to finish the job.

Check on the submitted job execution detail and found out that the SQL statement is different, i am not sure is this cause the problem.

Please advice.
