BI Publisher Reports failing with Java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection Reset Error

After moving our source Oracle database to new hardware this week, some of our longer running BI Publisher reports are failing with a "Java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection Reset" error.   The only thing we changed on the app side was the connection string in the JDBC datasources.  Also, it looks like 5 minutes is key.  All reports that finish within 5 minutes complete successfully, otherwise the jobs fail at the 5 minute mark with the ...Connection Reset error.  For the failing jobs, we can extract the code and run it against the same database successfully using SQL Developer.  Also, this problem
