Putty fatal error network error software caused connection abort with Oracle Linux VM

I have this problem with my new Oracle Linux VMs which I don't have with in the past with a set of testing Oracle VMs I had before. These are new servers, and new storage, and so far I have 20 virtual machines created and they all have the same issues.

My putty session will be terminated in about two hours with the message: putty fatal error network error software caused connection abort...

Winscp connection too.

I can reconnect, but I want to find the root cause and resolve it. Does anyone know where to start troubleshoot?
