Duplicate print for BI report

Hi Team,

We have configured BI printer set up for the particular JDE user. Whenever he submits print he is getting duplicate print in the same printer. We are facing this issue for only this user. For other users, we don't have any issues with the same printer. Can you please suggest to trouble shoot on this issue.
