Workflow mailer setup is not working after clone - O365
Dear Legends,
We recently cloned our PROD and setup the workflow configuration a fresh. After that we're not able to see the user or the "override" address email inbox is receiving emails.
Env:
PROD - R12.1.3 - 11.1.0.7 - SMTP - smtp.customhost.com --> PROD is not using O365
DEV - R12.1.3 - 11.1.0.7 - SMTP - smtp.office365.com --> DEV is using O365
Kindly let me know how do I fix the mailer configuration issue.
