Retro Pay Employee Groups

Can an employee group be based on timecard information?  I need to calculate retro pay for a specific union group charged to a specific business unit only.  I see there is a table option for Historical Timecards (F0618)  in the group set up but the field names are blank, almost as if the fields are missing from a UDC table somewhere??
