ORAchk 12.2.0.1.4 not collecting on one particular server

We have 8 node rac cluster. The Orachk collects on 7 of the servers without any issues. On the 8th server it is not starting or collecting at all.

Servers name range from 09 to 16 and issue is there on collection on server number 15.

 

Server Operating system -- Oracle Enterprise linux 7.3

Oracle database version -- 12.1.0.2

RAC Cluster of 8 nodes.
