cancelled lines are being pulled to credit order from history

Hello There,

I have an issue  when we create credit order from history by selecting order , it is pulling the cancelled lines also along with other lines in the order into credit order screen .

But it should not pull cancelled lines in the sales order into credit order screen from history.

It would be great help if anyone suggest me what causing this and how to correct it .
