Multi-level Parent-Child Item Categories

Hi -

Is it possible to define more than a two-level (parent-child) item category set with dependent value sets?  In other words, can we define a three- or four-level item category set with dependent value sets between each level (parent-child-grandchild or parent-child-grandchild-great grandchild)?
