ORA-02050: transaction rolled back, some remote DBs may be in-doubt

Can I found out which transaction was in-doubt based on the transaction number?  I have a transaction that looks like it failed and would like to see what statement it was that failed.  insert, update, delete.

Error 3135 trapped in 2PC on transaction 15.7.2997. Cleaning up.

Error stack returned to user:

ORA-02050: transaction 15.7.2997 rolled back, some remote DBs may be in-doubt

ORA-03135: connection lost contact

ORA-02063: preceding line from MY_DBLINK
