orachk encounters exceptions ora-12162 and sp2-0306 when running precheck for clusterware upgrade

We are going to be upgrading our GI this weekend and, in preparation, have run orachk with upgrade command line switches  "-u -o pre..." . The messaging returned as it begins processing indicates that it believes the CRS is not running on two of the cluster nodes (it is) which is explained by subsequent exceptions ora-12162 and sp2-0306
