Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I am stuck and need a solution to the following problem very urgently, so please help me out as soon as you can.

I have the following scenario (R12.1.3):

We buy items, so we use only the Material sub-element which is defined in both orgs Ireland and Mexico (belonging to different operating Units)

> Item A was previously assigned in Ireland and has Frozen and Pending costs.

> Item A got assigned to Mexico org and it automatically created a Frozen cost of zero in Mexico Org

> Goal : Copy Frozen cost of Item A from Ireland to pending cost of Item A in Mexico
