EEO-1 Report - Difference in total

Dear Community members,

We have a situation where the total numbers on EEO 1 report for the Individual establishment (Report Type 4) and consolidation report (Report Type 2) do not tie up.

We ran individual report for 17 different companies and a consolidated report for the same period and there is a difference of 65. Individual report total is higher.

Could anyone suggest the reason for such a difference?
