Calander control doesn't display time based on Users time zone

Hello,

My timezone is Pacific time zone in my Siebel user profile. When I select activity actual start date its showing me EST time. Our application server is EST time zone and my laptop is also in EST time zone. We've enabled UTC in our implementation.

As you can see below "created" is showing correct time  but when I select actual start date from Calendar control ( using now button)  its showing me EST time. It should show pacific time

Is this bug? Appreciate any help
