CREATING A SNAPSHOT AND UPLOADING INTO TEST

Hi everyone

I'm trying to make a copy of the prod environment of ARCS amd upload into test environment. I can create a snapshot and download to my computer into a zip file. However when it comes to uploading into test it says the zip file is invalid. I have tried this several times now and I can't work out what is wrong.

Can someone help?
