Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2 Secutiry Context Error After ADOP enable

Hello,

Im doing an upgrade from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 on AIX 7.1, I Have no error during process but, when ADOP Enable are Completed the following Patches cannot be applied,  because an SECURITY CONTEXT ERROR in database.  adgrants.sql has been ran serveral tiems but the error is not corrected.

Does somebody has the sames issue?
