Issue in login into Negotiations tab from Po Buyer responsibility

Hi All,

One user is unable to login into the Negotiations tab from PO Buyer responsibility.

Others tabs are accessible, except the "Negotiations" tab.

Below is the error popping up.

Welcome to Sourcing! An internal error occurred while setting you up as a valid Sourcing user. The error message is :

There is no error message.

Please help.
