ODA bundle version for X7-2 HA

We have existing ODAs (X4, X5, X6) all with ODA bundle 12.1.2.10.0 and Oracle DB version 12.1.

Have now have several new X7-2 HA.  We want to continue with DB version 12.1.

What bundle release should be installed on these?  It looks like the latest 12.1 version (12.1.2.12.0) does not support X7-2.

It looks like the choices are either 12.2.1 or 18.1.
