How to find updated bootloader

I've tried every search combination I can think of in the Patches & Updates section of support, but still cannot locate bootloader files for Acme 3900 ECZ7.x or 8.x.  I'm sure this is a very simple thing to accomplish, but I sure can't figure it out.
