Printer making beep sound

Please let  know any solution

  1. We have scheduled  concurrent program “ Sales Order Pick Slip Report” which runs every 5 minutes. This also gets fired if someone prints manual order, so frequency is almost every minute
  2. This program sends output to printer (printer type HPLJ4SI) and it is registered in oracle
  3. If output contains data, it will print document, but most of the time is sends blank output (zero byte request)
  4. So whenever it sends zero byte data, printer beeps.
